Smart Meter Threatens Privacy and Health(NaturalHealth365) Energy executives and government officials want us to believe that this worldwide effort to install ‘smart’ meters on every home is merely designed to reduce energy costs and protect the environment. By using deceptive terminology like, infrastructure ‘upgrades’ and ‘green’ technology, utility companies are determined to create a ‘new’ way of profiting from our energy usage and personal habits – within the home.

Your every move is being monitored with ‘smart’ technology. Ideally, in the minds of utility company executives, our current model of centralized energy distribution will become a major source of data collection and revenue for the energy companies. On the next NaturalNews Talk Hour, Josh Del Sol and Jonathan Landsman talk about how ‘smart’ grid technology will invade our privacy; increase fire risk – in the home and threaten our health.

‘Smart’ meters give unwanted access to your home and privacy

In March 2012, former CIA director General Petraeus talked about the ‘Internet of things’. ‘Smart’ TVs, refrigerators and dishwashers transmit a wireless signal to ‘smart’ meters – which, in turn, get transmitted to a centralized, data-collection center. This is unprecedented access (and control) over our personal daily activities. ‘Smart’ meters will transmit data about when we are home; what we are doing inside the home and the nature of our conversations. Isn’t this a gross violation of our 4th amendment rights?

Text: 4th amendment to the United States Constitution

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

Petraeus revealed that the CIA could use low-cost, high-powered cloud computing to track ‘items of interest,’ “located, identified, monitored, and remotely controlled through technologies such as radio-frequency identification, sensor networks, tiny embedded servers, and energy harvesters.” When do we draw the line to this invasion of privacy? It’s time for us to stand up for our rights.

On the next NaturalNews Talk Hour, Jonathan Landsman and Josh Del Sol, director of Take Back Your Power talk about how this radiation-emitting technology is one of the greatest threats to a free society and, more importantly, a practical way to protect our rights.

The effects of ‘smart’ meters on human blood

Just to be clear, industry ‘experts’ have never done a single peer-reviewed study about ‘smart’ meters and its health effects. But, a growing number of independent scientists warn that radiofrequency pollution seriously threatens human health.

In fact, darkfield microscopy reveals cell wall damage, cell mutations, oxidative stress and blood cell ‘stacking’ – which reduces oxygen to the cells – all within only 2 minutes (and one foot away) of exposure to the microwave pulsed radiation of a ‘smart’ meter.

This week’s guest: Josh Del Sol, award-winning filmmaker of Take Back Your Power

Find out how to stop the utility companies from threatening our health – Sun. Jun. 8

Josh Del Sol, an award-winning filmmaker, spent two years of his life – conducting interviews and post-production work – to create Take Back Your Power. Viewers of this documentary film will be deeply shocked and inspired by the issues uncovered here – which directly affect our lives, wallets, privacy, security and even basic rights to life.

In addition, the film features an array of experts who raise credible questions about a widespread risk to public health which quite possibly is being intentionally covered-up. On the one hand, it seems like corporate centers of power are becoming more brash by the day, progressively moving towards destruction of our environment and our basic human rights. Conversely, the accelerated unveiling of truth is activating people everywhere, who are increasingly asking questions such as “What’s truly going on here?” and “What can we do?”

Take Back Your Power unites the people. People from all walks of life agree that there is something dangerous happening with the widespread proliferation of ‘smart’ grid (wireless) technology. In reality, ‘smart’ meters have nothing to do with energy conservation or saving the planet. On the next NaturalNews Talk Hour, the shocking truth will be revealed about this intrusive surveillance program.
