French fries and soda kill more people than assault weapons

By far, the 2 worst foods ever invented are greasy fries and sugary sodas. (I’m sure you would agree) Maybe CNN can sponsor a television campaign to ban the consumption of French fries and soda. We could dramatically improve the health of a nation – if people like Piers Morgan would spend more time telling the public about the dangers of highly-refined, simple sugars and trans fats found in most processed foods. But, maybe that kind of programming doesn’t’ work for corporately-controlled news agencies – especially when a bulk of their advertising revenue comes from fast food companies.

Now, I’m not really in favor of a ban on any type of product. But, do we really think millions of people would still eat highly-processed foods – if they were constantly informed about the health risks? Imagine every bag of fries or can of soda with a warning label that said: “consuming this product will make you fat and much older than your years”. Sound good to you?

Let’s start with free range chicken. Obviously, the term “free range” can be deceptively used – so be sure you get your chicken from a reliable source.     For weight loss to be effective and long term you must make it a lifestyle. Diets and fads don’t work, they set you up for failure, so don’t waste your time. 1st you must figure out if you have abdominal inflammation (intestinal tract) and remove the food(s)/toxins causing it – gluten, sugar, dairy, processed food(s). As the inflammation subsides you should notice a difference in how you feel mentally and physically. Removing the above mentioned food and toxins (sugar) will also help you start to shed some pounds, little by little. Replace these with healthy fresh food. You must also find some sort of exercise and be consistent! Break a sweat!
    I know from experience, I had this very problem with inflammation. Its taken over 2 months but I’m finally seeing results! As my body heals it functions better and removes the excess weight. My stomach is flattening out whereas I almost have a 6 pack again. Take it one day at a time, one meal at a time. In a years time your persistence and determination will add up! Bonne chance mes amis…
