(NaturalHealth365) Cilantro is not just a side dish herb for Mexican food, in fact, far from it. This nutritious herb looks very much like parsley, that is, until you taste it. Plus, it looks very much like parsley does, so try to make sure you can distinguish the differences by looking closely.
Cilantro is widely-known for its ability to detoxify the body

I recommend 6 cups per week of cilantro to receive its wonderful benefits. (Juiced, of course!) Always use the entire leaf and stem, as many of its nutrients are located in the stem.

The combination of the beets and apples with the cilantro triples these benefits. First, get the ingredients – listed below:
2 cups cilantro (packed)
1 inch fresh ginger root
2 limes (peeled if not organic)
2 cups spinach or parsley
1 beet with its greens
This tonic will make approximately 1 liter – which serves 2 people.
You can juice this or blend this combination but I prefer it to be juiced, because the benefits of the greens, specifically, absorb much better when the fiber is not present.
