    Can you test positive for THC in a blood test by eating Hemp seeds. I have heard confilicting reports on the internet regarding this possibility.

    Hemp seeds as most of all seeds such as flax, sesame, chia, apricot and others are a great source of many nutrients including omegas.
    It would also be prudent though to mention that the Oils of any seed especially hemp if it is extracted and consumed as “Oil” it poses more of a threat than good as all seed oils are Poly-unsaturated and thus highly unstable.

    Hemp seeds and “quality” cold pressed extracted hemp oil, is one of the best sources of “balanced” omegas, probably more so now since you really can’t trust commercial sources of fish anymore
