    ‘The Coconut Oil Miracle’
    state that coconut oil is more healthy than olive oil.

    The good oils are bad for your heart?

  3. We are omnivores who benefit from grass-fed, pasture-raised, non-GMO-fed, humanely raised animals’ products and the animals themselves. When I see this kind of advice I run back to the westonaprice.org website for the truth. Coconut oil is, indeed, very healthy for the human physiology as are the saturated fats in well-raised animals.
