(NaturalHealth365) This story will reveal how new year’s eve food can deliver a surprising punch. So, there Sarah was at a holiday party dressed in a black sequined dress. Sure, she and her husband Frank had talked about having kids, but they didn’t plan on it happening that night – not then. Years later, they would play this night over and over again in their minds, looking for clues.
Sarah suffered from bouts of depression and recently began taking antidepressants. Frank had a chronic sinus infection that he controlled using over-the-counter decongestants. To tame his sinus headaches, he popped aspirin every six hours.
Frank and Sarah arrived at the party and headed for the punch bowl. The punch was filled with a rum and cherry soda mixture. The caffeine kept their energy high, while the high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) sent Frank’s undiagnosed diabetes out of control.
The hidden mercury in the HFCS bound up the glutathione in Frank’s liver, which led to a temporary ‘sperm factory malfunction’. Frank didn’t know it then, but the sperm he was producing contained a record number of ‘errors’. Frank and Sarah moved over to the snack table and began munching on commercial corn chips. The MSG salt proved addictive and before they knew it, they were full and a bit high from the MSG that excited their brains.
Could this be the real threat to future generations?
Years later, they wondered if their addiction to snack foods flavored with MSG may have contributed to their son’s obesity and autism. The GMO corn in the corn chips along with the aspirin caused Frank’s gut to begin to bleed, inflaming his irritable bowel syndrome – a condition that their future son would inherit.
But, that night, Frank and Sarah didn’t have a care in the world. They mingled with friends and continued to throw back high balls of rum and cherry soda, until Frank and Sarah headed off to the walk-in coat closet to make out. By then, Frank’s prostatic fluid was filled with free radicals, while Sarah’s vagina was peppered with an overgrowth of candida. Neither the prostatic fluid nor the vaginal mucosa were capable of stopping the abnormal two-tailed sperm from winning the sperm Olympics and conceiving their son.
The pregnancy was a welcomed surprise. After the baby shower was thrown, the designer stroller bought, and the baseball-themed nursery all decorated, Sarah went into early labor.
After 36 hours, an emergency C-section was performed and they welcomed a beautiful baby boy. It wouldn’t be until his third birthday that they would ask why their son did not like to be touched, hit himself, and made little eye contact. Then, almost four years after the holiday mistletoe tragedy, they would finally discover that their son was autistic.
What went wrong, they thought? They were enjoying the good life, ‘keeping up with the Jones’ and enjoying the same old holiday parties their parents and grandparents did.
