    Marc, well said. I eat mostly fresh fruit and vegetables – steamed and juiced & smoothies- every day. On the weekends I cheat and eat a bag of potato chips and some processed or fast food. The difference in my whole attitude and outlook is night and day as compared to eating junk food 80% of the time. I also have the energy and stamina to exercise 3 days a week – weight training and HIIT. I am WAY more healthier mentally and physically.

    Flax seeds are loaded with Omega 3 Dr Johanna Budwig recommends grounding the seeds in a coffee grinder and mixing it with cottage cheese, According to her the Sulfur in the Cheese make the Omega oil water soluble for easier absorption.

    Well maybe you can tell me why when I take omega-3 oils that it ups my estrogen. My breasts get sore and my periods get sick. If everyone should take this for their health then why can’t I? Is there a fix for this? Because when I do take them I do feel better.

    Liz, for some people flax seeds are estrogenic, meaning they increase the estrogen in your body, perhaps try chia seeds instead.
