Even if you’re not ‘officially’ diagnosed with celiac disease, which can only be done by a biopsy and certain blood test, gluten sensitivity can cause inflammation of the digestive system and, eventually, a condition called leaky gut syndrome. A damaged digestive system can allow undigested food particles to enter the bloodstream creating health problems like brain fog, memory loss, chronic fatigue, depression and an increased risk of cancer. Simply put, gluten intolerance can compromise the function of every cell in the body.

    I prefer to do muscle testing, for most diagnosis; because is less invasive than biopsy, blood tests and xrays. It is quicker to get the results, and it can find problems that blood tests and xrays may not find. Such as cracked and bruised ribs. The doctor gave me some homopathic meds that helped heal the inside and outside of my body both. It was he that was able to test me for what grains were exclusion and enrichments.
    He was the one that found out where and what problems that I have when I have for all my issues for over about two decades. He helps me to nip problems in the bud. At 70 old I take zero medical drugs.

    I have MS and was in a lot of pain then I heard that I should go GF and it took 9 months but the pain is mostly gone. I still have some in my left hand but it doesn’t bother me much at all. I tried to get my mother in law to try it, she has Fibromyalgia and Gout. She lasts a few days then gives in to eating bread. I always tell people just try it for a few months and see if whatever health problem you have improves.
