Say goodbye to parasites

Print Friendly, PDF & Email

(NaturalHealth365) According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, one-third of the world’s population is infected with parasites. They can enter the body through food or water, mosquitoes, intimate contact and through the nose or mouth after touching an animal or any contaminated surface. The question is – how do we get rid of them.

Parasites find friendly environments and automatically settle in for the long haul. When our immunity is low and our digestive system is not in good working order they can take refuge in our body. But, dietary changes can help improve this health problem.

These tiny critters are often difficult to get rid of, and also hard to diagnose. The symptoms of parasitic infestation are very general and may not be that different from other conditions. The intestinal symptoms are bloating, gas, diarrhea, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, fatigue, allergies and poor immunity.

You may find this hard to believe

Pumpkin seeds are known for their nutritional content along with their ability to get rid of intestinal parasites. Roasted pumpkin seeds are not only a great snack, the University of Maryland Medical Center recommends consuming pumpkin seeds, along with plenty of fluids to help both protect against and get rid of any parasites you may have. The seed doesn’t kill the worms but paralyzes them, which in turn prevents them from holding on to the wall of the intestine as they commonly do during a bowel movement.

Since pumpkin seeds are easy to eat with or without the shells, and make a delicious topping for salads, a garnish for casseroles, and can be used in breakfast cereals, it is easy to incorporate them in your meals or as a snack. Garlic contains allicin, which has been shown to get rid of parasites in both test tubes and animal studies. The medical properties in garlic are found in raw diced, sliced, crushed pieces.

More ways to eliminate parasites

Papaya contains a substance called papain, which is a digestive enzyme. By consuming it 30 minutes before meals – it will help the environment inside your gut become unfriendly to parasites. Digestive enzymes help restore your intestinal tract to a balance state, which makes it inhospitable to parasites.

The seeds of this fruit have been studied and found effective against human intestinal parasites; the research was published in The Journal of Medicinal Food. In this study, a combination of papaya seeds and honey was fed to 30 children with intestinal parasites and after 7 days 23 of the 30 were cleared of the infestation. Isn’t that amazing!

Pineapples contain specific enzymes that target and destroy parasites. Both bromelain and papain are enzymes found in pineapples that have protein-digesting attributes, which minimizes the parasites and allows your body the chance to get rid of them. These are just some of the whole foods that can be incorporated into your meals; some additional helpers are apple cider vinegar, which increases stomach acid, cranberry juice, fennel seed tea and coconut oil which is known to also get rid of yeasts, viruses, and bacteria.

Don’t forget the value of herbs

The herbs known for getting rid of parasites, are cloves, wormwood, and black walnut. Cloves kill the parasite eggs in the intestinal tract, and both black walnut hull and wormwood get rid of about 100 types of these critters. Parasites will always be part of the environment, but it is up to us to show them they are not welcomed.

about 6 years ago I sent stool samples through the lab for diognosis, when it came back I asked if there were parasites present, and my direct answer was Parasites are only in the third worlds.
At the time I knew this was a lie. I reside in Canada, Province of Saskatchewan

your article explained it very well

And one of most effective ways, in addition to all of the above suggestions, is to use a “zapper” to keep them at bay.

I’ve used one for over 10 years and I believe it has saved my life (and my gut).

The book “The Cure for all Diseases” by Hulda Clark has a great parasite cleans in it. Also zapping kills these bugs and viruses and bacteria which is explained in the book. We are on a constant parasite cleanse that has completely cured my allergies.

Parasites are everywhere and they always will be. I regret being so naive about them. I finally spotted evidence in the bowl one day and it’s been an on-going effort to get rid of them. You don’t just eat a few pumpkin or papaya seeds: it’s continuous, persistent effort for months, or years. Something else that helped me was regularly eating some local raw honey – it’s antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, and antiparasitic.

After reading your article I was convinced I have a parasite. I have all the symptoms and live in Costa Rica where not always can you get away without getting something. I was amazed to hear how rampant parasites are. The USA and Canada are not exempt. I heard of pin worms years ago and we grew up in Manitoba. I am treating myself with megaloads of garlic so far. Waiting to hear back about stool results, which they say are not very accurate. I have been in the health industry for years and know my body pretty good after 53 years. I qlmosrt don’t Ned one to say I have them. I know I do. Maybe have had for some time. You think you are experienceing menapause and the bloating was parasites all the time. I can just imagine all the missed diagnosis of many people.

Is this for all kinds of parasites? I have blastocystis hominis entomoeba coli and endolimax nana ? The doctors are saying I just have to live with it

Well, after Worm Walnut Hull for 3 weeks, DE same time and a full day of pumpkin seeds I am actually seeing these worms in my stool.

I wonder how long I have had these. Serious! I have always had digestive problems and just never knew why. I did spend 7 years going to Costa 2 times a year.

Now, in Hawaii I eat much raw fish.

But NO MORE! I am on a full cleanse. I know I will feel great afterwards!!!
