    I was ‘told’ by my daughter several years ago that I was to go ‘nowhere’ until I was at least a hundred. I am 52 now and so far, so good! (I figured 104 is a good number).
    I do definitely agree with Sanjay and have told my daughter on a few occasions that I don’t wish to be ‘stuck’. She simply said, “Nope, not till you’re a hundred”. Wow, she’s tough!
    My challenge now is to live the best life I can (in all aspects) and we shall see what we shall see!
    I would really hate to disappoint my little girl!

    My goal is at least 130, and maybe more. I plan to be pretty much the same as I am now–healthy, in shape, and doing the same things I do now.

    I see no reason why we cannot live to any age we want and be just as vibrant, alive and healthy as we were when we were young.

    I can’t wait. I have a whole ‘nother lifetime ahead of me.

    My goal is at least to 100, in great health and full mental capacity. I am now 64, have no wrinkles, my weight is controlled between 110 and 115. BP 110/70. Take no medication of any kind, not even an aspirin. I eat 80% organic and unprocessed foods, the 20% is when I eat out with friends. No chemicals in my home environment. It does make a difference. I do yoga and lift weights. No toxic people in my circle of friends, watch very little TV….. sometimes not for days. My life, my friends and my pets are more important to me than watching mindless TV.
