I poach eggs and eat no heat/fried/hydrogenated/margarine…bad fats. Fish oil thins blood. Mg may help heart muscles beat/relax. Vit C/ Vit E/5000mcg of biotin/fish oil may help circulation. Green vegetables may help with folate..or MTHF may lower CRP. Eating no premade food with a label or hidden gluten may help.     EDTA/DMPS IV chelations from an Alternative doctor, 600mg of cilantro, zeolites, organic sulfur, Now brand- Detox support, Far Infrared Sauna and more may help detox. Hair tests show good minerals and heavy metals. Heavy metals can block thyroid and other chemical reactions in the body/brain.

    LDN may help block hidden gluten/heal the gut lining and help the immune system, but the Celiac diet is still needed. 100% no gluten..no hidden or microscopic gluten may help.     I have hypertension and I dont think I get enough vitamin c in my diet. My diet consists of lots of bluegreen algae water,coconut oil,sprouted grains,raw grass fed kefir, bone broth from grass fed beef knuckles, hot cacao/maca/ashwaghanda drinks, carrots/celery/onions/garlic. I do have decay on many teeth and 4 root canals which could be a big culprit as well. Ive really cut back my sugar intake so I eliminated pretty much all fruits from diet which is why I could be vit C deficient.
