(NaturalHealth365) Weight loss is still a big issue in modern society. (no pun intended)
Today, we’ll reveal the biggest reason why most weight loss programs fail to deliver good results. We’ll also talk about the fat controversy and why most healthcare providers give out bad nutritional advice about how to increase energy levels, balance hormones and achieve optimal health.
Let me ask you an important questions: Do you believe that eating fat can help you with your weight loss goals and give you lots of other health benefits? Hotly debated for decades, fat continues to scare many people. But is this fear justified? There is a growing concern among integrative healthcare providers that people have the wrong idea about fat.
Our guest, Dr. Steven Masley is a physician, nutritionist, author, speaker, and award-winning patient educator. He has devoted his entire medical career to the study of heart disease and aging, and has published significant research on these subjects in leading medical journals. His passion is empowering people to achieve optimal health through comprehensive medical assessments and lifestyle changes.
There are many new rules – when it comes to fat – and, today, we’ll probably remove much of the confusion you have about this topic and hopefully give you a much better perspective on how diet can dramatically improve the quality of your life.
