(NaturalHealth365) Vaccines have been a focus of controversy for several decades now, ever since evidence of their side effects and connection to inflammation of the brain and autism has come to light. Now, the World Mercury Project has revealed that the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is lying about the safety of vaccines through a deceptive 2011 study put out by the Institute of Medicine.

Vaccines, particularly the DPT vaccine (diphtheria, pertussis and tetanus) don’t seem to be subject to the same rigorous safety testing processes as other drugs.  In fact, numerous vaccine injuries and side effects have been reported and documented.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., chairman of the World Mercury Project, has been speaking out and demanding better safety policies for vaccines like the DPT vaccine administered to children very early in life. In about dozen states, governors and state legislatures are attempting to pass vaccine mandates. This could be catastrophic to children’s health and the health of future generations.

A biased group behind the 2011 Institute of Medicine study has concluded that the evidence linking vaccines with autism is “inadequate” to prove or disprove a connection, despite the fact that many other researchers feel strongly otherwise.

According to Kennedy, the Institute of Medicine group simply ignored research that has linked vaccines with inflammation of the brain and autism.

The CDC cites the 2011 Institute of Medicine study when it proclaims on its website that “vaccines do not cause autism.” However, they seem to be counting on the likelihood that people will not read the 700+ page report. Anyone who does can find that the researchers behind this study ignored existing research showing a correlation between vaccines and autism.

More vaccines are currently included in the U.S. early childhood vaccination schedule than at any other time in history. This is occurring at a time when the rate of autism in the U.S. is a shocking 1 in 68. (some say the rate is even higher.)

Many of the vaccines administered today contain aluminum as an adjuvant.  Aluminum is a known neurotoxin even in small amounts. Giving children vaccines with any amount of aluminum is extremely risky, and the fact that the CDC is denying and covering up vaccine dangers is beyond egregious.

In some cases, kids are receiving close to 50 times the safe amount of aluminum as designated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The National Vaccine Information Center has already awarded well over $3 billion to the families of children who have suffered vaccine injury.

Aluminum can travel to the brain and impair both the glial cells and neurons. This can lead to inflammation of the brain, neurological problems and immunological disorders. Aluminum has also been linked with the impairment of metabolic and cellular processes within the nervous system.

Other side effects of vaccines include swelling and redness at the injection site, collapse, weakness, paralysis, shock, high fever and social withdrawal. It’s time to call out the CDC for its fraudulent and misleading policies. Meanwhile, parents must continue to be vigilant and discerning about medical interventions for their children.
